The Entomology undergraduate program is one of the
best in the United States. Small classes, personal advisement, and
professors teaching all entomology classes, provide a high
quality education. The department is located in the state of
the art Noble Research Center and is
equipped with first class teaching and laboratory facilities.
Curriculum
Entomology is a science based curriculum that prepares students
for a wide range of opportunities in the biological sciences.
Options are available for students with pre-medicine, pre-vet and
pre-law interests.
In addition to scholarships granted by the college and
university, the Entomology Department offers scholarships ranging
from $500 to $1,000 per year to qualified students. There are
also employment opportunities with research and extension
programs that provide learning experiences and funding for
students.
