Current research and program emphasis:
Biology, Ecology, and Management of Subterranean Termites.
Role of termites in native grassland ecosystems, beneficial effects of termites, colony characteristics, management and control of subterranean termites, and performance of commercial termite management products.
Technology transfer to the Oklahoma Pest Control Association and other state associations,
and citizens of Oklahoma and the United States.
Collaboration with US and International Researchers.
Development and expansion of the OSU Structural and Urban Entomology Program through tax-deductible gifts, grants, and contributions to the Structural and Urban Entomology Endowment through the OSU Foundation, Oklahoma State University.
